Trilanco's new recruits: Dave Lee, Wayne Ravenscroft and Vicki Weber

Trilanco, the UK’s largest agricultural, equestrian and pet products wholesaler, has announced a number of new appointments.

Dave Lee, who joined the wholesaler in a project role in February 2018, working across a number of areas of the business including warehousing, finance, IT and purchasing, has been appointed as chief operating officer, having been in the position of interim COO since February 2019.

In his new role, Mr Lee is responsible for all “non sales” parts of the business, including finance, operations, IT, purchasing, customer services and HR.

Wayne Ravenscroft has joined Trilanco as area manager. He will be a familiar face to many having previously worked in the industry for some well-known suppliers.

Trilanco’s third new recruit is Vicki Weber, who has joined the company as financial controller. As part of this role, she overseas the cash management of the business, the finance transactional aspects of the business and the production of financial information.
