Natures Menu has hired two new appointments to its senior management team. Tony Macken joins as head of supply chain, along with Rob Rock as head of sales, in a move to further the Norfolk brand’s expansion.

With many years’ experience working in supply chain management for a number of well-known FMCG brands, including Warburtons and Greene King, Mr Macken brings a wealth of knowledge gained across all areas of supply chain management including, developing and modernising the supply chain to manage future growth aspirations.

He said: “We are now at a key pivotal point of change at Natures Menu, which is a very exciting prospect for me in my new role. The business is growing with some great investment, and there are high quality resources available for me to facilitate the development of the fantastic team that we already have in place.

“I look forward to continuing our work towards an efficient and sustainable supply chain that will accelerate the whole company.”

Mr Rock brings extensive sales experience, with 10 years in beauty and cosmetics at P&G, along with sales management roles at Quorn and IAMS. He will be responsible for managing and growing the company’s sales across all trade channels

He said: “I’m thrilled to be continuing my career within the pet food industry, an industry that I’m very passionate about. During and post lockdown, the whole industry has been growing on a rapid trajectory, so it will be both an exciting and rewarding journey to be a part of the next stage of growth for this fantastic and highly reputable brand.”
