Burns Pet Nutrition listed on The Sunday Times Fast Track Profit 100 League table

Welsh pet food company Burns Pet Nutrition has made it onto The Sunday Times Fast Track Profit 100 League table. The league table ranks the private UK businesses achieving the fastest-growing profits. Burns is placed at number 60, with profits of £3.9 million in 2016.

Veterinary surgeon and business owner John Burns, who develops all recipes, said: “Since pioneering the healthy pet food movement in 1993, we have achieved our goal of creating natural pet food that really works to promote excellent all-round health and even manage pre-existing health problems.

“Today, we have an ever-growing clientele of happy and healthy pets and I couldn’t be prouder. It is my dream that one day every cat and dog will consume a natural, healthy diet based on home-cooked food that allows the body to get on with what it does best. That is what we set out to do back in 1993 and will continue to campaign for long into the future.

“We are currently celebrating our 25th year of business, which is a fantastic milestone. Our goal for the future is simply, more of the same.”
