With price now the second most important factor when choosing a flea treatment, up from seventh place in 2022, affordable options like Dimethicare are becoming increasingly important within the category.

With around 500,000 rabbits and 500,000 guinea pigs in the UK, the launch gives retailers an opportunity to better support small pet owners with a simple pesticide-free option. The product is available in a three-pipette pack.
