OvertheCounter has added a new CPD module to its video learning platform, which is hosted on the magazine’s website. This is the third module from Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health to be added to the platform.

The new module, The Whole Herd Approach to Managing Milk Fever, is presented by Kath Aplin, Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health’s veterinary advisor. The module covers clinical and subclinical milk fever, the consequences of milk fever, how to treat clinical milk fever and how to reduce the risk of milk fever.

SQPs need to answer the questions during the presentation to gain three CPD points from AMTRA. The pass rate of this module is 80%.

Victoria Hudson, Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health’s senior brand manager, antiparasitics, said: “Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health is delighted to be the launch partner for the OvertheCounter’s new CPD video learning platform.

“CPD training is a key part of the work Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health’s does with SQPs in the UK and I urge SQPs to take part in the three webinars, to further their knowledge and accrue the associated CPD points.”

Also available on the platform are two other modules: The Impact of Parasites and Worming Dairy Cows.

To access the CPD video learning platform, visit select the Training/CPD tab on the website.
