Farmers and owners can take advantage of the early bird offer from Westgate Labs this January to prioritise animal health and get themselves a head start on parasite control in 2026 for equines, poultry and farm animals.
The offers – which excludes equine EquiSal tapeworm saliva tests – ends at 11.59pm next Wednesday (January 14).
Equine early bird
Westgate Labs has single worm egg counts and incidental tests such as pinworm, sand and reduction tests to check wormer efficacy.
Its 4Count Season Packs are the most popular and economical choice as they provide everything a horse needs for the year ahead, but can be split for multiple horses too. They’re suitable for the testing of all equines including horses, ponies, donkeys and mules.
4Count Season Pack – everything to take and send 4 x worm egg counts to target redworm and roundworm for the year. Refill option with a single envelope is also available.
4Count Plus Season Pack – everything to take and send 4 x worm egg counts to target redworm and roundworm for the year, plus two EquiSal tapeworm saliva tests.
Poultry early bird
Everything you need for taking a sample either from an individual bird or a composite sample from a flock of up to five birds and suitable for sampling of all avians, including chickens, ducks, geese, pigeon, pheasants, quail etc.
Farm animal early bird
Everything you need for taking a sample for sheep, cattle, goats, llamas, alpacas and reindeer. Lungworm and Liver Fluke tests also available.
For all the early bird offers, use the offer code EARLYBIRD26 at checkout. Westgate Labs added that it is, unfortunately, unable to test pigs, camels or birds of prey.
