The SPILLERS brand is celebrating a year of sharing nutrition advice and providing horse and rider support around the country during 2023, culminating in MARS becoming title sponsor of Badminton Horse Trials.

This year alone the SPILLERS nutrition teams have attended 10 of some of the country’s major horse shows across the disciplines including dressage, show jumping, eventing, showing and endurance.

Free support and advice have been delivered to amateur and professional riders alike and free use of the brand’s weighbridge has been available at some of the events.

In addition, SPILLERS nutrition teams have supported numerous Riding Club, Pony Club and British Dressage Camps, with friendly faces always on hand to answer any nutrition queries or concerns.

The feed manufacturer has also continued to support a portfolio of riders, from leading professionals to aspiring grassroots amateurs.

Meanwhile, from a health and welfare perspective the SPILLERS Slimmers’ Club is continuing to provide camaraderie, inspiration and advice for equine weight loss, via its fast-growing friendly Facebook community.

From a charity perspective the SPILLERS™ brand continues its long-term partnership on numerous projects with Redwings Horse Sanctuary.

“It’s been a busy and very fulfilling year,” said Claire Dyett, marketing manager at Mars Horsecare, home of the SPILLERS brand.

“We have been working hard to support the equestrian sector in as many ways as we can this year. Whether a professional rider, dedicated amateur leisure owner or charity, we have endeavoured to provide a practical helping hand for horse ownership.

“The icing on the cake has been the announcement of MARS as the title sponsor of the legendary Badminton Horse Trials, about which we are all extremely proud.”
