The second OvertheCounter CPD Regional Seminar has been heralded as a success, with the event attracting a range of SQPs from across the South West.

Held at Somerset County Cricket Club in Taunton on May 24, topics covered included fly control, worming adult dairy cows, liver fluke in cattle and sheep and trade element deficiencies and their impact on health.

Attendees to the Seminar, which was supported by AMTRA and sponsored by Animax, Merial, Tulivin and Zoetis, were able to earn up to 20 CPD points. A free meal was also provided during the event.

Later this year, two further OvertheCounter CPD Regional Seminars will take place. The next events will be at The National Space Centre in Leicester on September 19; and on September 26 at Colchester Football Club in Essex.

A full review of this month’s OvertheCounter CPD Regional Seminars will be published in the July issue of OvertheCounter.
