Wynnstay Group has announced the appointment of Steve Collard as managing director, stores & buying.
He joins Wynnstay with extensive retail, commercial and operational leadership experience gained across several major UK retail businesses. Most recently, he served as head of stores, people and central operations at Mole Avon, where he played a key role in delivering the company’s strategic growth plans, leading store operations, people management and business integration activities.
Prior to this, Mr Collard was retail director at Pets & Friends, where he led a significant transformation programme that delivered strong business growth and operational improvements. His career also includes senior leadership positions with The Works, Countrywide Country Stores, Lloyds Pharmacy, Currys and Matalan.
